Today my blog goes out to all the men and women, past and present that were in the armed forces of every major conflict that America has been in from it's inception up until this "war on terrorism". I"m not going to bash the Bush Empire, (although I easily could) for he is doing what he thinks what is right. No this is to salute the Marines, Corpsmen, Airmen, and Soilders that have died for our freedoms, one of which I am using right now (freedom of speech) and the ones that I at one point in my life swore to uphold.
Thank you.
Thank you for being patriots and for being courageous enough to fight when others fled. Thank you for risking your life when you had famillys at home waiting for your safe arrival and not getting it. Thank you for being being brave enough to follow orders that mean certain doom and yet you defy the odds and go the distance and pull it all together. Thank you for being heroic enough to fall on a live grenade to save someone else's life and have no worries or fears about yours. Just Thank you.
Today isn't about me....the movie "Flags of our Fathers" isn't just some other movie it represents what we went though as a country togher as a nation we stood our ground and we said "No More" No I haven't seen the movie yet but I do know something about history. We were united then, and we should be re-united know.
God bless our troops.

i think i said something along the lines of "i'm going to start waking up extra early, like 4 am, to get ready for the first few days of bootcamp" and then i tried waking up at 4 and it sucked.
