I got the best new today, after busting my ass two year in Citigroup. I am going to be getting a Master's from Stevens Institute of Technology , which is located in Hoboken. N.J. But they will teaching the program at my corporate campus.

When you mount one of those on a HMMWV you let the gunner sit down inside fully protected by the armor. That way you don't have snipers trying to pick off the gunners. Things like this give additional standoff capability. If the gunner is shooting from a protected position inside he has more time to decide, zoomable optics, and isn't trying to fire while rounds are whizzing by his head. The end result is good all the way around.
