Five days a week.

That is what I convinced myself to do every single week. That no matter what five days a week I would push myself as hard as I can for one to two hours at a time. That has been enough so far and it has helped out a lot. Not only do I lose weight from this but I lose myself for a small amount of time. I tune everything out to focus on my own thoughts hoping that I would find that magic key. That one answer that will come to make everything in my world happy and perfect. It isn't that way at all though...You take all the good with the bad and hopefully something clicks...And you feel the good more often then the bad.

Anyway, been drawn to this song for a long time.
