Don't let my story scare you off from a tattoo. I had five tattoos and an older one redone all with flying colors before that chump did my ugly one. If anything just make sure you find an artist/ shop that comes highly recommended. I strongly recommend Tattoo Paradise in DC for ya... Chad, Niki, Chris, and Mitch all did fantastic work for me and you can easily make an appointment with any of them! They have a sister location in Wheaton, MD and most of them work at both locations.
