Hey there, it's been a few days since I posted anything. I hope everyone is doing okay, at least as good as you can.
Back when I was on IG, I used to post pictures of the oak tree that is on the back of my property as it went through the seasons, was one of my favorite little series that I did. I felt all sorts of cool doing it.
I'm not on IG anymore because of reasons. But I might start up the sharing of the oak here. I don't know it's name, but it's a pretty hardy tree, knows the seasons better than a lot of the other plants around too, so there's that.
Another thing I saw when I was out grilling tonight was some of this flowering cat-mint. It's all over our yard and I rather like it. Right now the yard is a bit of a mess, what with us moving trees and the like, but there's an abundance of green of all shapes and sizes.
And not sure if you can see the ant in this picture, but I loved watching them dip in and out of the flowers while I was taking picture after picture.
Finally, we went to Amsterdam this last week, to visit our daughter who's on an internship there, and doing pretty damn well too. But besides this one picture I'm going to leave that to another blog post, unless someone can figure out what these keys are all about...
