My toes are cold and my bed is cold and the world is cold.
How I miss having someone to curl up with. The kind of curling up where the last thing you remember before you pass into unconsciousness is the feeling of your loves lips against your own.
And the scent that sedates, calms, like a drug.
And yes. I still want cheese with that whine

I don't really like the vibe of "everyones opinion is equal..." maybe i'm a pompous ass but I think that some people's opinions are more valuble than others. I also don't really have that much of a problem with threads going off in a different direction, *especially* if there are only a couple of people going back and forth in the thread in the first place. I find that a lot of times that's what happens, and the conversation can get even more interesting and be taken to a different level if it goes off onto a different topic. If someone misses their chance to contribute because they weren't around when the conversation started, tough shit. cry about it. I really don't care.
I think people feel a bit threatened too. I also found it interesting that most people (mostly the women) were pretty much using "the men in this group" and "the academic feminists in this group" interchangeably. funny how that would happen in a feminist group. i wouldn't say i was "offended" exactly, but it sure did make my eyes roll.
Im so effing excited.
