My god...I really am a cooking whore. I cooked a fantastic 1 and a quarter inch New York steak, using a steak rub then searing the outside, then cooking it in the oven at 450 for 10 minutes...it was absolutely delicious....I can still taste it 5 hours later. I also made some fries to go with it using garlic salt and pepper and it was really good too, but more complimentary than anything else to the steak. But man is it expensive. 10 dollars for the steak itself.
