Ghoulish grasping fingered branches

at the window pane they scratch

in the dark place where the fear waits

patiently for souls to snatch

while still a babe inside your crib

Instead of pleasure you'll find pain

In your search for Adam's Rib

Blind were others see so clear

Deaf to blatant truths of sound
