Im drunk and my very new kitten is sitting on my shoulder (litterally) and swatting at my long hair, which happens to be in a ponytail.
My play opened tonight. "Twelfth Night" by Bill Shakespeare. I play the count Orsino. Its so much fun. Opening night went great and was a total blast.
After the play, some friends and I went to my band's rehearsal spot and had a ginormous jam session, with two drum sets, three guitars, a bass, a keyboard, a singer (slash dancer, me) and two 24 packs of the champagne of beers.
Now my kitten has subsided to my lap and is purring so loud I had to turn up the speakers on my computer to hear the Fastbacks.
I watched kill bill today while cleaning my room and drinking pedialite to kill my hangover*
Im gonna pass out now, and Im so happy to have my computer back so I can see gorgeous naked puck rockers on my computer at all times of the night.
And for all of you in SF bay area, my band is playing at 4ish at a new bar on haight street called Molotov this saturday. Even better, we're playin Gilman street on sept 10 with a touring japanese pop punk band. Its gonna fantastic.
tired drunken love, shawn
