How many mix CDs do you need to drive across the country? What should be on them? Are you one of those people that still listens to whole albums in the car?
oh man, don't even get me started on the sticky rice. Sometimes I make coconut milk rice pudding to go with mango, and that's super yummy too. They key to the ripe mango is not eating it as soon as you buy it. I usually have to let mine sit for at least 4 or 5 days before it's ready. The waiting is hard, but it pays off.
The last time I drove cross country I went through around 60 CDs. I think that's a pretty good number, although I guess if you're going for speed over scenery you might get by with less.
Good luck, it's a long drive, but it's pretty (well at least until you hit Texas/Kansas, then it's hellishly boring until around North Carolina or Virginia.)
