Baked Camembert & croutons with bacon wrapped mushrooms, peppers and chorizo

The reporkening

Chicken rolled with Chorizo & bacon with a prosecco & parsley cream sauce but on mash this time

Chicken breast butterflyed with chorizo & bacon, served on panfried new pots & peppers with a prosecco & parsley cream sauce

First attempt at this without a few of the ingredients or twine, added fried eggs cos I like em :)

Tomato & chorizo rice with fajita spiced beef

Beef biryani with curried lamb and halloumi & carrot balls

So I have kept cooking obviously, has been a lot of the Curry omelette omurice, am still failing to nail the flip and serve but don't wanna post essentially the same thing repeatedly.

I am looking for suggesting for a dish centered on Halloumi, any suggestions on here or to my inbox most welcome!

Made this one with diced chillies in the stock, which I then strained out.

Result was the sweetness of the apple then gives way to a deep heat and a kick that really wakes you up!
