HOLY MOTHER FUNKING SHAT. I had my first physical theorapy on my shoulder today. It hurts SO bad. It turns out my left shoulder is about 1/3 the strength of my right. Niiiiiiiice thanks baseball. In other news. I just realized how amazing the people are on my friends list. Your all amazing! love love

I start rehab on monday, not looking forward to it. Im still going to play softball though, the shoulder will have to forget he hurts.

On a bright note, I got paid today for the first time in a month. THANK GOD.

Went to the docters today. My shoulder doesnt need surgury biggrin though I have about 4 months of rehab in front of me frown . I have what he called a "slap tear" in my shoulder.
