I have bedsores,,,,probably , I don't know what they are but I would assume that I deserve them .

Three days I spent in bed over this weekend , brought down like Joey Deacon at a wrestling match . THump !! Thump !! THHHmp!!,,, by that horrible , horrible fucking flu thats gong around .


I have done nothing of any merit over the past few days ,sod all . But there is one thing that I haven't done , even after the flu past on.




I haven't smoked or drank in five days . Thats equivalent to a whole year where I come from , so I'm going to see how long I can last .

If i could go a month without booze I would be really impressed with myself ,,,, really impressed . My only hurdle is going to be getting of to sleep during the week , as it is the main reason i have a few glasses of wine ( my mind likes to wander you see ).

I just hope I don't turn out to be even more of a cunt .
