I'm feeling a little lost these days. Words don't come as easily and the dreams have started to fade in to an obscurity of alarm clocks and snooze buttons. These last months held the first time I've ever used a snooze button and the first time I went into work late because I didn't want to get out of bed. Haven't written anything creative in almost a year, just letters.

Also, in the last few months, I've paid my rent, went grocery shopping, gotten a raise at work, worked lots of OT, and managed to get my finances in pretty tight shape.

Starting to wonder when I'll find that happy state of being. Maybe it'll show up soon, but I'm betting it's a lot more work until I find that place.
