I get married exactly one week from now.
Nervous? Yup.
Excited? Most definately.
Hoping the day passes really really quickly & it's the day after before i know it? Yup, 'cos that means i'm going to Tokyo, Japan for three weeks!!!
Top 10 things i'm looking forward to the most on my honeymoon:
1. Being immersed in a totally alien culture & relishing the head-fuckingness of it all.
2. Bowing to people instead of shaking hands.
3. Going into some mad-as-a-pony video arcade full of weird spanking machines (apparantly there's a game with a big plastic ass sticking out of it which you have to spank) & cyber-punks & playing House Of The Dead 4 with my wife.
4. Watching Japanese tv for hours at a time & hopefully having some kind of seizure because of it.
5. Temples.
6. Japanese graffiti. Never really seen any, but c'mon it's gotta be awesome hasn't it?
7. Filling a suitcase full of toys & action figures & novelty lighters & lego figures of Bill Clinton (i have seen these, they do exist).
8. Manga shops. Apparantly 80% of Japanese media output is in manga form, from comics to newspapers to information pamphlets & so on. Can't wait to peep that shit.
9. Eating something & having absolutely no idea what it is.
& 10. Finally understanding why KingRuprekt loved it there so much.
