Today was one of those beautiful, autumnal days in Melbourne where there is not a cloud in the sky. Its not too hot in the sun and not too cool in the shade and the angle of the light catches everything. I get a certain well-being on days like this, the kind that celebrates the moment and eases the burden of everyday existence. I found myself smiling and being aware of this I determined to ride this exuberance further and smiled at those around me as I walked the streets on my way home from work, friends and strangers alike.
