Not much to report this time.
Had another therapy session on Friday, which went better than the last one. I managed to open up about more from my past but I managed to deal with it better and wasn't left reliving it like last time.
My next session is next Friday, so I'm glad to be getting regular sessions at last.
Haven't done much else this past week, bar knitting.
