Howdy Ho SG friends,
As always, a big thanks to those kind souls who left comments on my last blog. It's nice to know people read my blogs, even though I rarely have anything interesting to blog about.
As promised, this blog is going to be more positive than the last one and as you can guess from the title of this blog, I've had quite a productive week. :)
I had to go back to the doctor's for a review since I started taking Sertraline and I was apprehensive about it because it wasn't my usual doctor (it's a shared practice and the other doctor is often mean and unsympathetic. Last time I saw her she made me feel stupid and she increased my anxiety). Luckily there was a student doctor with her on Thursday, so she actually listened to me this time (I told her the sane thing I told her last time I saw her), which was nice. I was prescribed a month's supply of 100mg Sertraline and I was told to return for a monthly review of my progress.
Went to the cinema on Monday, we saw The Grand Budapest Hotel. It was very funny, and had a superb ensemble cast of famous actors. Being a Bond fan, the highlight for me was spotting Mathieu Almaric (Dominic Greene from Quantum of Solace) as the butler. :) I also had to laugh during one of Ralph Fiennes' many scenes, because my wife asked me, "Is that Voldemort?". :D
Apart from that, I have spent most of the past week knitting at home. I've been very productive this week and finished a scarf, made two hats and started making a cushion. I've progressed to some more complex patterns, cue lots of muttering and cursing when I make a mistake...
I'll make an album of my knitting, so you can see my work. :)
That's all for this blog, so take care and have a great weekend SG friends!
