First of all, thanks for the comments on my previous blog, you know who you are!
Another day, another sliced finger. A very mild injury today, just a flesh wound, but at least I didn't take off any skin this time!
Quite a boring day in general today at work, but our afternoon was interesting when a drunk guy came in looking for a new pair of glasses because he'd broken his. He was quite bolshy at first, then he turned apologetic and after getting new glasses, he was very thankful but very repetative in his thanks.
I was so glad when he stopped being bolshy, as that's one of my major pet hates, whenever customers start being rude I usually retaliate.
I've always thought that whoever coined the phrase "The customer is always right" never worked in the customer service industry in his/her life!
Good news! The wife's finished playing Asassin's Creed III. I had a delightful day yesterday watching her play it for most of the day, because I hoped she'd be fed up playing it come bedtime, and it worked, result!
She came to bed around midnight and ... ! (First time since getting the Playstation!)
Mamma Mia fans will get the meaning of "...", personally I hate the film, but the wife loves it, so what can I do?
Anyway, that's about it for this blog, so I'll close it with a song I'm currently loving and the now regular batch of nerd humour pics:
Yeah, they're old now, but they're still great and Mick sounds as good as he always does!
(Sorry about the quality of the video, it's the first time I've tried this!)
The Count would so whoop Edward's ass!!
Thanks to whoever follows my daily ramblings.
