i got a funny phone call from a morgage saleswoman... she asked if i was the home owner, and when i said its a rental(much easier than explaining) she asked if i was interested in purchasing a house because she would give me a great deal on a 30yr loan.... i cracked up laughing at said"lady im lying here dying and on disability, why the hell would i wanna waste money on a house?" she sputtered a bit and stammered out an apoligy for bothering me
I just love embarising sales people... they make great victums because you can legaly say anything you want to them(including threatining their life) and they cant do anything about it because they called you... I love that little regulation... it has saved me much legwork in the past by just scaring the idiot away instead of having to go physicaly remove them from a clients life

i always feel bad abt telemarketers .. I mean, I hate them .. but I know that theyre ppl too and that they really need the sale (or whatever theyre calling for) to make ends meet. I wish I could help them!
