I bought a new laptop today! I'm quite happy with it. I'm happy with it, but troubled by the fact that it doesn't seem to want to play the first game I tried to install on it. Oh well. I was just benchmarking anyway, this thing is primarily for work. I plan on running shows off of it come summer, and I actually find it easier to record thoughts during rehearsal by typing then I do writing them down, because my typing skills are strong enough that I can keep watching the performance of the actors while taking notes.

It's the first new computer I've had since freshman year of college, and I'm loving it. I feel like I'm really taking advantage of the free wireless at my apartment now.

I head home for the holidays on the 20th (new laptop in tow, of course). Between that, and the show, I doubt I'll have much time for online pornography for the next month or so. Sorry if communications go slack for a while.

Although, if last year is a precedent, being at home in Salem, Oregon, without much to do or access to easy transportation, it's entirely likely that time spent on SG will actually spike UP for a few days, to be followed by a complete dearth of contact.
