Party last night in Flinttown. Since it was the day after graduation, there were some old friends in attendance. A good time had by most and luckily a good number of the attendees followed the dress theme.
On the way back to the west-side of Mo'town I came across a car in the median with its hazards and the occupants standing next to the car waving their arms. Traffic is really light at 4:30am on I-96 so I stopped and offered some help. They had a flat but with no tire iron. Ugh. Kids these days, I tell yah. Of coarse my foreign car's tire iron doesnt fit, but they live only a few minutes from me, so I offer to drive them home.
Dropped them off around 5 to their thanks, refused their money and told them to buy a tire iron and to help the next person they see stranded.
Interstate Karma, what goes around, comes around.

rasputin:
I am always paranoid of something happening and my tire iron breaking, so I always keep an extra crosshair with my spare tire.

I began carrying two VW tire irons with me when I bought a used VW spare tire kit because I left my VW jack behind somewhere. I feel much better standing on the tire iron to break them loose knowing I have a second tire iron just in case.
