I recently just paid a visit to a doctor who told me why I was suffering from panic attacks, neck pains, headaches, and even nausea...0_0 ends up a year and a half ago, i suffered from a concussion in a bizarre car accident, that i thought it was "no big deal". i survived., ive been negating the fact that it had happened. that it wasn't important.

But though out this entiiiire time i've been actually "coping & dealing with the physiological factors of pos-trauma head injury from the accident... =0 so all this intense neck pain and fevers.... All the random anger (whihc is associated to the concussion). made me feel so,,, stupid, insecure, & bi-polar...now I have some understanding as to why. (I had so many anger issues and depression)
