Despite my life being miserable in general, today was an awesome day. My Overlord finally came, and I am blown away by how amazingly awesome he is. I've wanted this toy for so long, and it's been worth the wait. In robot mode he's actually bigger than Masterpiece Convoy, God Ginrai and he's just barely smaller than Unicron. His Megajet half is also way way way bigger than I expected. It's freaking huge and easily the biggest Transformer I have when in vehicle mode and Megajet is only half of his body. Literally. I haven't transformed him into his base mode, but maybe I will later tonight. I'm still in awe of his robot mode. His base mode seems like it would be the perfect size for my Micromasters, though....

Oh and I just got home from seeing Dawn of the Dead, which fucking blew me away. Such an awesome movie. I love zombies, and this is a GREAT zombie movie. There was NOTHING wrong with this movie at all. Even all the extras playing the hundreds of thousands of zombies were all fantastic. Oh, man such a good movie. Too much of it was in the mall, and I don't understand why the gay guy fucked the slutty blonde girl who got cut in half with the chainsaw but it was still such an amazingly good movie. Especially for a remake. No let-down here, fans of the original. Yay for zombies!

And yay for Transformers!
