Here's how today went:
Slept late.
Played video games.
Had sex.
Saw Eric Idle of Monty Python.
The show was okay, afterwards I went to get his autograph and when it was my turn I said "bah weep graanaah weep ni ni bong," which is the Universal Greeting from Transformers: The Movie, in which he played Wreck-Gar the leader of the Junkions (and a character who used the universal greeting more than once). He said "Pardon me?" I replied "uh...it's the Universal Greeting...from Transformers: The Movie." He thought for a second and said, "You know you're the first person to remind me of that in years, everybody always wants to talk about Monty Python. Do the line again." At which point, I was feeling rather embarassed and out of place but I did it again. It was apparently not to his satisfaction, because he said "oh come on, you can do it with more feeling." So I did it again and he laughed and said "excellent" and wrote something down on a pad of paper. At least he didn't say "you tool" or something along those lines.
