Rats to the tenth degree. We were taking a simple roadtrip yesterday when we blew a tire on the freeway. It was more than a bit stressful changing a tire with cars, trucks, and semis blowing by at 70MPH. And then we had to drive at 50MPH for several miles til we got to a town that actually had a tire store.
Fortunately no one was hurt, but what should have been a cheap little road trip ended up costing a few hundres dollars for new tires. Yup, the other three were in bad shape. I really should stay on top of these things better.
