Wow, it's been a while since my last post. Not that I didn't want to, but this website, like many others, is banned in Turkey and cannot be accessed. This trip has really changed my perception on many levels. I've now gotten out of Turkey and am spending a few days in Batumi in the autonomous republic of Adjara in Georgia. The people I've been meeting, talking to, and staying with have given me a glimpse of so many different cultural viewpoints that I go to sleep at night with my head spinning, a smile on my face, and some nights a pain in my soul. But to summarize the trip thus far:
Switzerland is a total babe.
Turkey is confused, intense, and very interesting.
Georgia = Turkey Lite with a splash of Eastern Bloc.
