Not much occurring today to be honest.
yesterdays cricket was a shambles.
i scored an impressive 31 which amounted to a third of the teams runs.
yeah i know, let down by my team mates, so with not enough runs on the board (87?!) we lost.
but it was nice to have a good crack with the bat.
i picked up a friggin groin injury as well tho...so my training will have to be knocked for a week or so, i'm hoping i can get marginally fit for wednesday nights league match.....grrrr stupid ancient body.
tonights dinner will be sausage, bean and bacon casserole, with mashed potato carrots and peas.

Gutted on the groin injury... how sore is it?
Oh and thank you for your kind words. Hopefully the groin injury doesn't slow you down I tried saying inda boom innit, its just as awesome as that line from Misfits season one... sung by Nathan is memory serves me right...
I don't know how to play cricket but 30+ points sounds impressive so congrats on that.
Boooo for the groin injury. Injuries suck when you're trying to get in shape.
