Well I got the new Edelbrock carburetor for the 390 and installed it with a 1 inch spacer to give it more clearance for the fuel line and a bit more horsepower. But as per my luck we got it all installed and ready to go and the car is out of gas so I will have to wait for next weekend to get it started... but that is how these things go. But here are a couple of pics of the spacer and carb.
