So, I'm sitting in my room listening to the beautiful music of a girl I really like. She's just got such an amazingly beautiful voice and her songwriting is so moving to me. It makess me happy.

I spent all day Monday waiting for a technician to come to the house and hook up our new internet, only to find out that they were just kidding. Apparently they decided to cancel the tech guy's visit to our house without letting anyone else know. Like me. I was pretty grumpy about it, so they gave me $20 off my bill, which made me slightly happier. But after hours of tech support calls and waiting for a tech guy and more tech suppport calls, we finally received our very own brand-spanking new internet. So now I'm happy. I also realized that I'm actually going to be spending my New Year's Eve in Boston for the first time. I usually have gigs or other engagements elsewhere, but this year I'll be able to celebrate properly in Beantown. I'm kinda psyched! I'm also pleased that I'm going to Ohio to see the fam in a week and that I get spend 10 whole days there. Also, I recently talked to the guy who will be mixing my album for me and we're going to be starting working on that project soon. So all in all, things are going alright over here.
