Thank you all for the birthday wishes...

Life has bene insane...

Working at my store and down town has been very time consuming, I starting to enjoy the commute though, and I'm walking my ass off...

In other news, for some reason, I really enjoy the new AFI album, actually much more than the last album, it's a solid record from beginning to end.

Hoolie is laying across my feet snoring wishing that it wasn't so humid out...poor little man...I wish it would be a bit cooler so he'd finish his food. (it'll cool off tonight and he'll be a happy man)

oh and by the way, I've started a new musical project with a friend.

We spent a little over 2 hours playing with drum machines and every conceiveable type of guitar pedal plugged into them coming up with abstract beats that we can add guitars and other instruments too.
Our goal is to make a mix somewhere inbetween Boris, Sunn O))), Supermachiner and our favorite instrumental bands. It's definatly experimental, ambient type of music. I started a very basic myspace music page for it and soon we'll have teasers on the site to listen to, it'll mainly be just some of the beats we came up with until more production can be done on it.
Other than that it's been all work and no play...
but I have this weekend off and MONO and pelican are playing the metro!!!
