Just returned home from seeing 'Mouth of the Architect'...
Verdict: That band fucking owns your ass...
I'm probably going to get slandered for this one...I think they're better than Isis...

SO SO FUCKING AMAZING...
THIS BAND SHOULD BE HUGE...

They sound like Isis, Neurosis, the heavier Pelican parts...

The Swans...Saw them in a lil bar in 90, NYC, called The Meat Locker, and the thing is? The venue WAS an actual old meat locker!! (Man, we are talkin bout hooks and chains stil hangin all over the place!) And Yeah...I am sad to say I have also become a slave to my I-Pod...(The Shame, THE SHAME!)

Holy shit Mono was incredible last night. Anyone into Pelican, Russian Circles, Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, Etc, etc...Mono should be your new favorite band.
It was the first time that I've been able to see them live and they played an amazing 50 minute set. I went a bit overboard buying shit...
