The past couple of weeks have been a plethora of overwhelming events. I'm just now getting my head straighten out from all of that mess.

First, still haven't found an apartment yet. I saw a few rooms, talked to the people there, but nothing came up. This one place that was awesome didn't take me; only to have the two people he picked flake on him at the last minute. Now he reposted his ad on Craigslist. ha!

Also, another development: my roommate wants to move out with me. He's getting really sick of picking up after everybody here and wants to bail. Thing is, his lease is up in August, so it's gonna be a minute.

The job is a job. I'm in a unique situation where I don't care about it but, at the same time, I'm good at it. We're suppose to get people to sign up to 80 schools a week. I get a 100. So's my curse. But the money's good. And if I haven't lost my sanity, I'll should be able to save up a nice pile of cash to move out with my boy.

Oh, and I'm doing a write up for the Chicago Blackout Festival. It's a post-punk. proto-punk show that should be totally awesome. Wish me luck.
