Want to get out of my current job, but I got bills to pay, money to save up and a car to buy.

My aunt's not doing so well. She might be going into hospice care. Once she does, she already told my mom that she's gonna give me her house through a Quit Claim. The house to paid for so I just have to pay the utilities, and it's back on the South Side which is awesome. I miss the South Side. I got there once in a while for a punk show, but other than that I don't see that often.
Speaking of the South Side, my folks have moved back from Vegas and are staying with my bro's til they can get a house. Today's my mom's birthday, btw. Hopefully, I'll be able to visit her this Sunday for Mother's Day.
