I'm actually forcing myself to write this. I just didn't that damn sentence staring me in the face every time I click here.
So my mom thinks I should get a shrink for possible depression. How's that for good news? I might do it, but I don't want to one of those people that doped up on Happy Pills and live through life in a zombie-like state.
Anyway, saw my boy by chance last week. Can u believe that shit? I was at a bar and there he was, just chilling. Haven't seen his ass in two years. He's with the ASAP crew(Anarchist Skins and Punks). Not sure if he still rolls with them, but he was telling how he was living the East Coast the whole time; traveling with HR of Bad Brains(which homeboy described him as--SURPRISE--fucking crazy), visiting John Waters's home in Maryland and all this good stuff. I just like how, after a week of meeting with complete douchebags, I finally got to talk with a cat that had some fucking sense.
Another dude I was glad to meet was at the Exit. He hadn't been there in a while and was telling me about "the good old days" at the Exit where assholes were escorted to the basement, got the holy fuck kicked out of them, then were out the door. It sounded like a lotta fun actually. It would've definitely reduced the asshole population the joint by a definite margin.
Also, at the bar I saw the ASAP dude, I was talking to the bar owner. He's a huge supporter of Farrakhan. He's also white. Let that shit sink in for a second.
Just wanted to share this with you is all.
I got yesterday. The band's name is The Mentally Ill. They had their first EP in 1979 and an album in 1999. Get this, they never played live until last year, which was the afterparty for the showing of "You Weren't there" a documentary about the early Chicago punk scene. So about two Saturdays ago, I saw them at their second show at the Abbey Pub. Seriously the guys are in their mid-40s but they were AWESOME!!!! They had songs about Cum Twats, insanity and a song about John Wayne Gacy called "Gacy's Place"(the chorus goes "There fucking your kids" over and over again).
So here's a sample called "Cum Twat"
seriously, I can't get the song outta my head.

I saw a guy drag a girl to the ground and punch her in the face at a club in Detroit, I had no idea a guy could be thrown out of a bar spread eagle.
