Hey, kids! It's another update from Your Friendly Neighborhood Freak.
Boy, I really need to quit this "one or two blogs a month" deal. My sincerest apologies. Between both jobs I've been working like a madman. But I've @least been trying to make my presence felt, so you kids @least know Yours Truly is still among the living.
First off, thanks to everyone for all the birthday wishes. It was much appreciated.
The vacation was much-needed relaxation time. I normally don't take a vaca until March or April, but life's been all sorts of crazy, so I decided on taking an early mental break. My special day was spent w/the fam @Nana and Grandpa's, where cake was had (for both my aunt and I, as her birthday is 2 days before mine) and presents were swapped. Snagged some gift cards and cash, always appreciated.
The following weekend was spent with friends for a Wintereenmas party. Alcohol was had, as opposed to various things dipped in chocolate (including bacon).
The middle part was pretty much me enjoying sitting around w/no pants on (or less than that) having Freak Time. Video games, beer, takeout, and Internet. Good times.
(EDIT - It has been recently brought to my attention a glaring omission in my blog, courtesy of sillyokio. And for this, I am filled w/shame. I only hope she forgives my transgression. )
