Hey, kids! It's another update from Your Friendly Neighborhood Freak.
After my triumphant return, I promised an update to let you know what Your Humble Narrator has been up to during my prolonged absence.
First off, after several months of waiting, I finally got the job @GameStop, and so far, it's been going pretty well. I fell into place easier than I thought I would, and my anal-retentive alphabetizing and organizational skills have already been put to good use. Come Black Friday, my mettle will be put to the test, and one can only hope the chances of sticking around post-holiday season will be good indeed.
On the Verizon side, things have been a little more stressful. Due to a BS complaint from a total douchebag, I lost about 3 days of pay via a suspension. The fact that $ was already in short supply and it was looking like Xmas buying was going to be @a bare minimum as is doesn't help matters.
However, I'll figure it all out in the end. I always do. So, try not to worry about me too much. However, I'm not one to object to receiving any good juju you kids feel necessary to send my way.
Also, been trying to get my foot in the door, so to speak, where getting myself out there in the terms of dating and so forth are concerned. That, unfortunately, hasn't gone the way I'd like it to. Which, honestly, is one the shittiest things about this time of year. Getting through the holidays as a single person isn't the most fun one can have. But, again, I'll survive.
Also, also, more aesthetic changes around SG to confuse the fuck outta me. Looks like I'll need yet more of a grace period to figure out how to get around.
As for the return of Random YouTube-y Goodness(!!!), I ♥ the fact that YouTube went all widescreen-y.
Now, to help ease the pain of the massive blog commenting excursion I'm about to entrap myself in, do tell, Gentle Reader...
