Hey, kids! It's another update from Your Friendly Neighborhood Freak.
How's things w/me, you ask?
Well...
Got the day off from work today, which is good because due to the shitty-ass weather, I really didn't feel like being out of the house. But that just means more time to clean.
Why so much cleaning, you ask?
Because I would like to soon have Amy over so I can cook her dinner. However, my place is about as messy as one could expect from a 25-year-old bachelor who lives by himself. Therefore, my stress levels will probably be very high until I get it taken care of.
Any thoughts/advice on having a girl over for dinner? I really want it to go well. Any advice from the guys or girls who read this is much appreciated.
Work is pretty much the same, school is going good. I'm enjoying the class, and I might be thinking about changing my major to Liberal Arts. Still have to go through the coursebook, but the idea's floating around.
As for SG-related news, I have yet another awesome set to plug, this time from the lovely Bowie, who I actually got to meet last year w/her hubby flash_rockman during my vacation in Boston. Both good people.
Plus, don't forget the newest set from the lovely Vanessa.
Now, a few random thoughts:
I really hope we get a decent summer this year. I would like to actually make it to the beach.
I have vacation coming up next month, along with (hopefully) every weekend off. That'll be the tits. Maybe a day trip to Boston, along with (finally) my first ever Duck Tour?
I picked this up a couple of weeks ago:
Colonel Claypool's Bucket of Bernie Brains, The Big Eyeball In The Sky
Les Claypool + Buckethead + funk pianist Bernie Worrell + Brain (former Primus drummer) = Damn Good Album.
That's about all I can think of to share, but before I go, if you don't find this video the least bit amusing, I will be fully convinced you have no soul whatsoever...
That's all for now, kids. As always, I hope you are all well.
Stay tuned...
