So, I'm doing homework right now (really! I am... or... should be...) Anyway, during my (day-long... week-long?) however long break this evening, LittleFierceOne and I went to West Point on the Eno, a park in Durham on the Eno River. I got a few pretty decent pictures, and wanted to share... you know, before going back to doing homework. Since, you know, I started and all.
Did I mention tomorrow is the last day of class?
Yeah. And finals are definitely on Thursday. Awesome. Much work to do...
Anyway, so pictures!
This is the mill - I wish the sun had been out for this one, but it still turned out kinda nice:
I like this old chimney... I'm kind of partial to chimneys in general. Perhaps too much Mary Poppins as a child?
A really cute sand sculpture, done recently, I'm sure. I've got more shots of it, but this is probably the most representative:
A gorgeous shot of the Eno River. The water seems a bit low, but with the sun setting and everything so green, it was actually breathtaking. And in Durham, no less!
This one's my favorite! There's a lot of old, rusty mill equipment laying about on the grounds in front of the mill, and I was in an artsy mood. The original shot was pretty cool, but I fiddled with it and came up with this:
Okay, okay... enough of the pretty natures. I should go write a page about Justine Henin, do my tennis take-home final exam, put the final touches on my final performance for my performance lit class and do some reading. I still find it hard to believe that tomorrow is the last day. Five weeks isn't really that long, is it? I'm almost kind of... sad...

I forgot to tell you, you & LFO left one of the Morningstar Mushroom Lovers burgers here...I tried it and it was sooo good. I'm hooked. I've since bought three packs of those. They're especially yummy with a bit of blue cheese on top.
Btw, do you have any recommendations for veggie hot dogs? I've tried one before, I think it was Lightlife, and it had this horrendous chemical plasticky taste. Are they all like that?
Where do you get Yves stuff? I've never seen it before. And they have pepperoni too!
