So I slept away Sunday and have been up all day today and have to work all night. I really can't complain about my schedule but I will anyways. I hadn't washed dishes in two weeks. Wouldn't even let my cousin's fianc in the house (which is probably a good thing, check my current crush) out of embarrassment. Was invited out to dinner yesterday but didn't feel like pretending to like all of them. Remained at the house and did laundry (for work, even did the dishes)... Lara Croft in the anniversary edition of Tomb Raider could do very little to help the morose feeling. So went to sleep and fucked up my sleep cycle.
Went to buy Tomb Raider: Anniversary at Best Buy-- $19.00 with $10.00 worth of certificates off-- but they didn't have it. Fuck that Best Buy. I bought at EB for more but at least I had it when Best Buy was supposed to have it.
The AC in my room is all wonky. Why does it sound like a bad engine belt while I'm sleeping, day or night, yet when I'm awake not once has it sounded like a drawn and quartered seal?
Steve Jobs will be giving (or has given, I never remember when) his WWDC keynote speech soon. iTunes should have it by tomorrow. That's something to look forward to. Steve is a great speaker. I hope he has many new products at a price I can pay... and Leopard, DAMMIT! I want Leopard.
I noticed that my account here at SG is set to renew 7/7/07. Of course I'll renew it... this place is the only life I have. It's funny (read: depressing) ... it has reached a point where I spend hours on here in the groups and not for the naked women (read: tastefully nude models). This is in no way a negative of the beautiful women who share so much with us but a testament of what a great community there is around these parts. There was once a time I cancelled my subscription because of some very negative people in the groups. I can say htere hasn't been that mentality around here for nearly two years. And this place is my social hub because of it. My only question... when do I become Old Skool?
So to waste time until I go to work I will take my Best Buy receipts where I bought the last seasons of Angel (I've never watched them since I didn't like where the show went but I had 1-3 and thought I owed Joss Whedon to watch them through to the end; All Fox related shows on DVD are only $19.99 at Best Buy this week) and enter to win the $10,000 shopping spree and take my receipt from EB for Tomb Raider: Anniversary and try to win a PS3 and a Wii.

Angel, eh? hey lemme tell ya, you'll be glad if you save your cash for the galactica discs because they are fracking expensive, but worth it (and when you start saying frack you'll be a true fan... it's their f word). i won't go on again about how great it is lest I sound like even more of a sci-fi geek. downloading the "galactica watercooler" podcast was a mighty check there... goddamn those sorry freaks. but i'll just say that's one of several things that makes the show really engaging and so different from trekky shit or star wars, how they say stuff like "frack" and "oh my gods". also they have really great actors and they're all given the freedom to ad lib or contribute in ways actors usually are not. also nothing against star wars here, only great reverence.
