A year later I finally get some film developed. A few Samples...
Myrtle Beach. For much better use of the environ, check out ScottSmallin's or Elly's blogs. Gotta find me some props to use like that
Poor shot late in the evening but it seems to capture the mood I was going for.
I think I shot a whole roll of film on just spider webs
The rest are in my pics under Photography (if you couldn't figure that out) and more on my site

I'm in the market to go digital this year.
There is a calm, almost a giddiness actually, when a project is put behind you. I've been encoding video for no more apparent reason but it was there for the past month or so and tonight/this morning should see it all finished. Just something to keep me busy, I guess. I work Monday night and then I'm off again the rest of the week. After that, at work, it seems one of my causes for anxiety will be around a lot less. Maybe that will make it tolerable.
But not so tolerable that I'm not going to CareerBuilder... I went to college so I wouldn't be stuck in a job I don't want. Dammit. I made more in retail (and I didn't work on commission). I also plan to pick up some supplies and begin painting again. A cousin won't teach me to be a potter (I skipped ceramics while at CCU) but he wants me to capture turn of the century potters at work at the wheel or kiln. The can be sold in their shop. His father does Mud Critters, figurines that depict life of the time. Such work would fit right in. Yeah, thinking about learning to paint again.
And I've got to get their website up and running. Dammit.
Looks like plenty of projects are coming up to claim my time. Kinda glad.
Oh, and I learned how to send a Yo-yo "Around The World." I'm very excited. Working on the Yo-yo, learning to play a guitar, a mouth harp, a keyboard and starting my next book. Definitely enough to keep my busy
