I have a friend who's a director with bipolar. He's burned a few bridges because his disease was out of control. I'm sure a lot of you can sympathize with him. I'm the vice president of theater company and I got to tell him today that a certain person he hurt was totally fine with him directing for us. He's also unemployed so this will be really good for him. I felt so good giving him the news. We're short on directors and designers too. Second chances don't come around often and I'm glad he's got one.
