so as an impulsive birthday present to myself i bought a 1971 Volkswagen Karmann Ghia. i was just fucking around on eBay and this is the first thing i saw. it had 6 minutes left and was only at $150 dollars. well i'm in it now. it is either a big mistake or the best decision ever. bottom line, it cost me $177.50. if you see a heterosexual male looking exceptionally gay in about 6 months, just wave heartily. i use to be a professional welder, or i just got paid to weld (whichever), so i think 6 months is enough time to repair the rust spots on the sheet metal and get her painted.
