One thing that is a MUST for me is my bubble bath! As going to the gym and fitness classes every other day. I love to put Epsom salt to the water so my body can soak in it and my muscles can absorb the magnesium from the salt. Plus it's super relaxing; who doesn't want that!?😃🤷♀️ Often I put lavender essential oil in the tub as well but not this time. WHAT IS SOMETHING YOU LIKE DOING TO RELAX AND CALM YOUR BODY???
