Due to a lower back injury I have been off of my workout routine for what seems like a life time, but in reality its just been about a month. My injury should be healed enough to allow me to start up again, I have been going mad. Not working out is very hard on me mentally as its a form of release for me. Also after coming from a giant weight loss its a mental challenge because I think I can feel the fat creeping back on me with every bit of food I take, I try and not give that thought any power as its a dangerous road to take and one that I know is bad, food = health and muscle just rights type of food.
Tomorrow I will start slow a Krav Maga class then day after hit the gym and see how weights feel. I know I will have to modify my weight training, do more core and less weights that cause compression on the back. But it will feel good to be back.
