In my own way, I am one of those who justifies such feature as self-criticism, including sometimes expressing it in an excessive form. It feels as if you yourself set the bar for your personal growth, you are unlikely to be truly narcissistic, you know that there is always room to develop and you know how to see your mistakes. There are also negative aspects, such as various doubts about yourself and so on, but this is also very interesting and important :) At a minimum, it's important for knowing yourself, overcoming the boundaries of your comfort and building up the ability to fight your own fears and move forward. P.S. Thank you for your video. You'll definitely do your best step by step! Love the emotions you show here :)

@aonbheannach Thank you for your insights! It's been a lifelong battle to turn the dialogue in my head from negative to positive. Although, at times, the negatives have saved me, so they have a place in there as well.
