DRINK THE BAR
Well we did. It took us 5 and a half hours. Pretty good, it usually takes us seven. So once we drunk our union dry of booze we went onto the local Whethersppoons, had tea then went to town.
I stayed at a mates for a bit and caught up on things over a few tins then went and met October and her boy for a drink five minutes round the corner. I may have been drinking for ten hours but I'm sure she offered to do burlesque at the next Open Mic I'm hosting.
Darling I am sooo holding you to that. It will be a great to break up the acoustic guitar, crap poetry and even worse stand up. I spoke to a few people and they loved the idea. Provisional date 19th April.
Went out dancing and saw the woman I love. It's getting back to that painful "I know I can't have her but I can't stop thinking about her" stage. It will then progress to the "Be thankful she's part of your life and you'll always have the friendship" stage which I'm used to and fine with, but because I kniow she will probably be single by the summer, makes it very hard to progress any further. What's worse is that she fancies loads of guys. Not only can't I tell her how I feel coz she's got a boyfriend, but even she was single she probably isn't looking in my direction anyway.
It sucks a fair bit, but it was only a minor point on the evening. It was good to see a load of mates who I haven't seen in a while due to work commitments lately and everyone was on form. My mate Byron had a few girls try and dance with him, but he was wasted and just wanted to hang out with the guys. The man is a legend, a poster boy to all those single men out there who need to be told how fucking cool it is. The man is my idol. Badger was dancing and sweating like the classic Indie boy he is. He was even wearing a Fred Perry polo shirt form a charity shop. Dave was doing the bunny, Becca was laughing and hugging, Fay was hiding in the corner while Tori disappeared. Classic Ramshackle! Fucking loved it!
Spoke to a few peeps yesterday about the inevitable after uni get life sorted thing. May have found some girls who want to move to london the same time as me! Rockin'
Anyway, I have yet another day of work ahead of me. Catch you all later!
