What is it with major news services not publishing Iraq casualties on their first or second page. If you visit CNNs
Iraq casualties
You can see there are and always has been a 1-2 casualty daily average! It makes me sick to then see on the CNN home page a story on how pleased Bush is with the way Iraq is developing.
Just venting...

Vent on man. You know just as well as I do that we as the "STUPID" public will never get the whole story, and even with intense investigation on our part we still wont. Sorry I had to vent.
p00ka:
It's a true "vent" though:
I don't think it will be too long before a larger number of people are forced yo realize the realinty and day to day importance of these "statistcis." Sad but true.
One more loved one called up for me. Vent on.

How do you get away with listening to audiobooks all day? lucky...
that sounds like an interesting book (goes to look up details on amazon)...
Ahh, well living there is different than being a tourist there...and that means you usually have friends and such to visit rather than touristy stuff. I miss that everything's 24 hours... stay up late and go places

so what kind of veterinarian are you (small animal, exotic, etc)?

Thanks much, but I already have troubles I need better photography and a bunch of other stuff that if you really wanted to know, would be much easier to read in the Hopefuls board...

I am definitely going through a Dan Brown period. The DaVinci code was excellent and Angels & Demons was as good if not better.
Also, just saw I, Robot. Although I doubt the story would have been an Asimov story the movie was quite enjoyable.
Cheers!

YES! That's great. The "anything else" part is hilarious.
I just saw "Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless MInd". I was a bit leary after the "Bruce Almighty" fiasco; but what a wonderful movie.
Of the three Charlie Kauffman movies I think this is the very best.

Man, usually I am pretty content with my life but these past couple of weeks have blown chunks.
First, I have been very busy at work. Second I got a kidney stone that had me in unbelievable pain for days.
Finally passed. Just thought you might want to know...
