Boss: *Sees a parking lot sale* "Look, a parking lot sale! You should take lunch with Rosie," my crush and coworker who I am not dating, "and have her help you pick out some new shirts."

Me: "I don't think we're quite at the point where she needs to be in charge of my wardrobe."

Boss: "Somebody should."

I'd like to thank this website for being a place people can go to escape the idiocy of Facebook, rather than just being a site full of nudes. Not that there's anything wrong with nudes, obviously, but it's great that we have such a vibrant community of respectful people.

So I just renewed my membership after a couple years, and one of the first things I noticed was that the name, "TheCob" sounds less like a reference to my name being Jacob, and more like a nickname for my penis. Whoops.

So it's been a while since I've been on the site... What's new? How's everybody's new year going so far?
