greetings!

thank u all for the birthday love- i've never had that many comments on my journal- (i almost didn't want to update!) it was a nice surprise Thanks also for the concern about my last entry- it was about my brother; sunday night my family is having an intervention- and hopefully he'll agree to rehab, he's wasting away and it makes me really sad thinking about it. .yikes....and in brighter news...

i'm officially 26 now. guess this means i should start acting like it (whatever that means!)
I had a pretty great birthday. (considering it's been celebrated for over a week) I guess we can retire it already.

My boss made lunch for the entire office in celebration, it was Thai and it was DELICIOUS!!! and yep that's right, i said made- not ordered, he made it! How cool is that? They also got me a cake and my father surprised me at the office and joined in on the happy birthday song. I feel so loved! Also last night went out to this place called -Sofaking- it's a play on words as you can probably tell. It's very similar to Coyote Ugly. The bartenders and coctail waitresses are all cuties and they get on the bar and pooltables and shake their bootays to the music. All very enjoyable- Got to chill with some special peeps and all was good.

other than than the sunday night intervention the weekend ahead looks fantastic. I'm staying with my cousins in their phat-ass pad. We are playing volleyball, tennis, and laying out all weekend. i'm soo psyched! I'm even gonna get to go to a gun range! I guess that's odd thing to be excited about, but definitely out of the ordinary activity for me and i love the sound of that!
